Went up to Barbagallo raceway today to watch one the technicians at work race his civic. Its pretty quick and he holds the second fastest lap record for his class. His mate holds the actual record who also drives a near identical civic. This is the engine.
These were there too.

Dunno too much. Lightened flywheel, susp, clutch, LSD, its the Jap spec 1.6 and is one of the fastest in Aus. Makes about 160bhp.-1990 Mk2 GTI 5-door with AMK 20vt (260hp @ wheels)
