i've always liked supras. the raw power that you can get from a 2JZ is amazing. toyota really is capable of some amazing things. its a shame that at the moment they're using all that capability to build incredibly well selling but incredibly boring cars.

Yeah its true soarers are old man barges. They'll never win any handling competitions, but what a beautiful design for an early 90's car.

Went up to Barbagallo raceway today to watch one the technicians at work race his civic. Its pretty quick and he holds the second fastest lap record for his class. His mate holds the actual record who also drives a near identical civic. This is the engine.

gotta love a clean Datto 1600 , whats he done to the civic?

Dunno too much. Lightened flywheel, susp, clutch, LSD, its the Jap spec 1.6 and is one of the fastest in Aus. Makes about 160bhp.
