After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

It looks like the car is actually touching her.
also, if you look at her left shoulder (nearest the car) it looks out of focus and yet her right shoulder and the car are in-focus. wasnt aware you could get lenses that made the middle depth of field blurry

saw an interesting new series on ABC wednesday nights 9pm called The Gruen Transfer - its a clever and humorous analysis of advertising.
Recommend you watch it, if you havent already.
In the meantime, Gruen Transfer showed this photoshopping exercise which is a bit of an eyeopener
