Circuit racing combines it all for me.
- Car
- Set up
- Power
- Driving skills
- Smart
- A will to win
- Betting the competitors.
If only I had the serious $$$ people are spending to go quick. I can spend a few thousand and do track days/sprints all my life but taking it that next step requires some serious coin.
No. That's the real deal. The guy runs 10.5 outlaw. That blower is off a train engine. They actually made a manifold for it and everything! Got it all to run.. Fired it up, it idled fine.. Rapped the throttle once and it spat both head gaskets! hahaha.
yeah im pretty sure i heard that too, somewhere...
cant be too sure though, i'll double check with my sources.
Don't make me quote myself again!
I've read it in an email straight from the guy that runs that Camaro. It's run by him and his old man. There's a Youtube clip about when he had a wheeliebar failure. They interviewed him about that and he talks about how they did it and what happened. I can't be arsed finding the clip, but its there somewhere. Search something like "10.5 Outlaw camaro" or "camaro wheelie bar failure".
Realy? I heard that most of their cars where prity badly engineered, although they where amazing they didnt last long, apart from the Delta and a couple others.
