Aaron, it is playing the record that it's whizzing around! Has it's own amp and speaker built-in, with a 9V battery loaded in through the back hatch! And a needle on the underside obviously

Yeah i can see why they're called that now too! Basically it is near impossible to put it on the record and have a smooth take off, the needle skates across the grooves until it finds its way, ouch!! I don't think 2 little hard plastic wheels rolling around my favourite records would be that great either!! Good for a laugh on an old record though

at first i thought that it just played that one song from inside the Bus....
