My Wife was in hospital this week (all good now, just recovering) but prompted me to get a TV setup in the bedroom so she can follow doctors orders and rest up in bed. (that and she can go to bed and I can finish the movie/motor sport/cricket

Just wanted something small (although huge would have been damn nice) so was looking at the 32" LCD's and found a brand called Vivo at D|ck Smith Linky. It's full HD 1920 x 1080, has a couple of HDMI ports as well as the usual complement of component and composite connections. It's on special at the moment for $599 which I thought was a bargain all things considered.
Add to that a Jaycar wall mount for $70 (Linky) and your all set. We had a spare BluRay player from which became redundant after I got a PS3 and snapped up an Apple TV on special and BAM, mini home theatre!
