Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • New Banners

It's a new year and I think it's time to refresh the rotating banner, you will note that the rotation is down to a single image while we get new ones together. You may also notice that the banner is slightly larger at 1024 x 200 pixels. If anyone is having any issues displaying this size image let me know ASAP.

For the budding enthusiast out there that wants to see their pride and joy atop our forums, now is your chance. I have linked below some Photoshop templates for the banner with the logo already in place as well as the logo itself if you want to start from scratch. It doesn't have to be your car, but shoud be VWWatercooled related.

All banners should be in jpg format and should not exceed the size listed above. All images should be emailed to the_hawk (at) vwwatercooled.com, you may also choose to post it up here for people to see, but please also email through the original file to me.

    Enjoy.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
