Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Weird lights over Norway

Ok, so this has nothing to do with cars, but this is just too strange (Mods, feel free to move this, if there is anywhere appropriate). Article here

The first photo in this article looks far to clear and symmetrical to be real... right?

I'm not a 'believer', but this is about the strangest thing I can remember

That's pretty full on, normally it's vague random lights, nothing like that.

Here is a photo I took in High School photography many many years ago complete with random worm hole in the background

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

Looks like the spacecraft in the middle of the image is slipping through time as well, that is no normal earth-blur.

LOL, always blame it on the Russians. Not for first time either, or the last thats for sure... I can't possibly be the only one that finds this incredibly hard to believe?

me too... how does a failed missile cause all those lights in that way? need a scientific walk through before I buy that... not buying alien worm hole either.

Well, consider that it could be a governmment weapons/technology test, considering they had the SDI in the 80's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strateg...nse_Initiative who knows what they're capable of producing more than 20 years on.

                      I also found this funny:
