I received this mystery gift when I last bought the service items for my car and I have not got a clue as to its intended purpose. One side appears to be a thin chamois the other side is a picture of clouds. Anyone seen one or know what it is intended for?

Back years ago, when in Europe barely a car had A/C, those were used to wipe windscreen and windows inside when fogged up. Now it's done at a push of a button or still used in cars without A/C.

So VW are dumping unwanted stuff to customers as gifts? They never saw the car as the quote for a 3rd year service was over $600! My son who works for the same mob in another franchise on the same site did it for the cost of parts plus his willingness to live if he didn't. Even he thought the service price was a straight rip off.Comment
