For anyone still using their vwwatercooled mail, you should receive an email from me shortly.
Two things are happening:
1) Legacy settings are finally being retired.
If you haven't already updated your incoming/outgoing mail settings, now is the time.
Incoming and outgoing settings used to be box469.bluehost.com but were updated to mail.vwwatercooled.com a long while back. I have been advised by the host today that the older setting will stop working in a week or so and need to be updated on the client side.
New Secure SSL/TSL Settings:
Username: The full email address you are wishing to access (yourname@vwwatercooled.com)
Password: The password for that email account.
Outgoing Server: mail.vwwatercooled.com
SMTP Port: 465
Incoming Server: mail.vwwatercooled.com
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Authentication: Password
2) Account Review
There are alot of email accounts still floating about that are unused, many from expired supporter subscriptions. Emails will be going out to all accounts shortly for confirmation. Any accounts that are not confirmed will go through a process of being suspended and then removed as inactive in the new year.
