Forum only readable to users

The server is being hammered again by crawlers, we are seeing tens of thousands of "users" online. Rather than give up and take the whole thing offline, I've switched it over so users must be logged in to even read the forum. I've also removed the ads completely once you're logged in since they are now basically worthless and annoying.

It's not ideal, but it keeps things online for now until I work out a better approach.

    Hi Guys,


    Straight after my introduction I thought I also share my toy's with you


    1977 Mk1 Swallowtail - Gls 3sp Automatic - 109km genuine (full service history) Australian Perth delivered 2 door and I am the second owner. All original and in working order.


    1990 Mk2 Gti 8v - 107km genuine (full service history) Australian delivered, two previous owners (20vt Project)


    2011 R - 60km, Full Spec (Minus RNS510) some modifications.


    Please excuse the picture quality as the iphone is the best I'v got

      I myself have not had any before but I'm originally from Europe so the family (dad) was always into his bugs, polo's and golf's.

      Until the R joined the household, sadly I have always been steered away into other brands for some reason.

      However, as can be seen the vw bug has bitten hard and is here to stay
