We had the Jetta on Thor's Hub Dyno on Saturday for the NoSmokeNoPoke.com Launch Day.

This was with a some mapping tweaks (still not quite finished) but no more hardware upgrades.

We ended up with 287hp and 425Ft/Lbs at the Hubs. If you assume 10% transmission losses (it has been more like 20% on Shark's BaPro Dyno), you are looking at 316bhp and 468Ft/Lbs at the Flywheel.

Can't wait for the mapping to be 100% finished and then we can get the other upgrades fitted.

          Cheers

I'm wondering how much you loose from idle before the stock torque is equalled (and then bettered, of course).

Like Greg, I'm also very interested in the Southbend clutch/flywheel kit. Which spec will you get (Stage 1/2/3, Daily/Endurance/Drag/Extreme)? I guess not Stage 1 since their torque limits are already exceeded by your engine

We use Stage 2 Endurance in the Caddy but will be using a Stage 3 in the Jetta.

The turbo spools super strong from 2000rpm onwards, Full boost (2.5bar) is around 2500, it has more torque than standard or remapped at ANY rpm.

Even directly off idle? It's from there to about 1500rpm that particularly interests me.

And will you be using Endurance again at Stage 3 for the clutch/flywheel?

who drives WOT below 1500rpm? no-one I know! haha if you want to drive like that get a 1756!! that spools quicker than stock!!

Yeah Endurance if we go Stage 3.
