Where do you buy your replacements - one at a time from UK or a few cheapies from China?

Wouldn't bloody know. Over a week or so I've tried to find out, through VW genuine parts web site for Brisbane & Austral. I either wait on hold somewhere until the call drops out (three times now in the latter case), or get directed to Porche in the former (only once admittedly).

Hey, I just got closer. I found a direct line to Austral spare parts - defined as the Evelyn street location, but it turned out to really be the warehouse, but they gave me the Evelyn street number for Ben or Isaac - who didn't answer the phone.

        10 Ring Austral
        20 Transfer to correct location
        30 time out
        40 goto 10

I really want a new rear wiper & I had some spare time today, so I decided to drive down to the not unfamiliar Austral Spares at Evelyn Street but it seems it's closed. The Google box at the side of the search window I cracked open was in error, and of course, Austral don't show an address on their web site, just an enquiry box to fill in. Seems Jaguar & other high end stuff has that site now. I did a couple of loops of the block but couldn't find any Parts sign up & in desperation, went back to Jaguar where a well presented mechanic, by the look of him, told me it was in Creswell Street. The second loop through Creswell Street caught the attention of a key collecting lady who told me that parts were in the service building but there was no parking available - it's always used by vehicles waiting to be serviced or collected. Must admit, that was when I let go my opinion of Austral's customer service, averring that I shouldn't be surprised because every rating of them I've seen was crap. I started to drive off but was accosted by an ill dressed nonentity who first claimed I had almost run over the key lady's foot then claimed I'd driven at 100 miles per hour through the Jaguar yard instead of "we have 5 kph limit there" which may or may not be signed. By then, I had had it but just told him to go away instead of commenting on the commercial activities of one or both of his immediate antecedents, and left.

So, where should I get a rear wiper for an 07/08 Multivan?

Cricks Highway VW at Springwood and this is their direct to parts number 32907890 have the rubber blade assembly IN STOCK $28 I was quoted trade of $23.57 so retail would be $28 . The T5 from 2004 right up to the release of the T6 is the same as we have both ourselves . Drive straight down Oxley to either the Logan motorway or turn off at King Ave into Learoyd Rd and into Beaudesert rd onto Compton rd smack into Springwood . If you have GPS ignore my directions !!!

Finally got down to Cricks & got my wiper. TomTom (and the Google Maps according to Cricks) aren't all that flash on M1 street addresses & thereabouts.
