Engine screeching noise

Can someone please help me identify where this noise is coming from.

At first the sound used to go away once i put on the aircon but now its on constant at idle and dissapears only when i lightly accelerate.. Any help is much appreciated.

Sounds like a bearing in the pulley could be the noise or the belt is getting shiny through age . Try and rub some soap onto the belt and see if it goes away for while .
