My van went in for its 90k service yesterday. Dropped in at 8am & Was told it would be ready by 2pm.
Get a text from them at 1230 saying it's ready to go. So pick it up and head home only to find a lovely little document sitting on the floor.

I now know why my last rear Tyres didn't last so long & am also wondering if it's a possible cause of rear brakes being worn out before fronts too.
I'm also left wondering why they didn't call me to upsell the alignment service but regardless called them back and Booked it back in this morning for the alignment (my trusty local tyre place can't fit my Van on the hoist with the aligning gear)
Anyway it's all driving nice and straight now except my steering wheel is like this when going straight
It doesn't drift left or right if you let go of the wheel just sits out of level.

Can that be fixed?
Should I also get Tyres rotated now alignment had been done? I've done 15k on them since this time last year when they were fitted.
