Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Newbie Multivan Question/s

G'day, I was looking around in my new Multivan today and I noticed a strange switch that was half hidden by the seatbelt on the driver's side "B" pillar. The switch is lit and shows a the outline of the van with what looks like a wifi symbol on it. I had a look in the manual but couldn't find what it was meant for. Any ideas? (I know that this is probably a silly question but this has been bugging me all arvo)

    Welcome to the forum Wiiboy.
There aren't silly questions here, well most of the time.

That is the alarm ON/OFF switch.

      Thanks transporter. Cheers.
      .
Anyone found a source of rubber floor mats for the Multivan? Ive been looking around and the various dealers I've spoken to aren't really helpful and the mats sound expensive.
