Off the top of my head, it's the same as an Amarok, and there's a clip on Youtube that shows you how to do it.

You should be able to do it from the MFD.

Help Please - Hi I am wondering if anyone has another option than what's listed above for resetting the service light? I've tried each suggestion without success, my van is a 2010 multivan 103kw tdi with DSG the only notable point of difference is my dash has push buttons not the knobs you twist. Any advice would be great? I'd prefer not to have to take it to the dealer.

            Cheers Ben

              Ben,
Have a look in the VAGCOM section and see if someone near you might be able to do it.
It will definitely work with VAGCOM.

Get whoever does it to check that it's set to the correct 15K/365 day interval, too.

Thanks Cristian G and Umai Naa, it seems Vagcom maybe the only way to clear the service light, I was hoping someone could confirm or deny they had success using a similar method listed above without having to use Vagcom. My van is a late 2010 multivan with the push buttons not the knobs you twist.

Ive looked through the forum for the VAGCOM section is this the right spot to look?

It seems the thread has deviated from its intended purpose to supply details of users willing to provide access to VAGCOM or I may be looking in the wrong section?

Either way if anyone can help Im happy to pay with beer or cash to get it cleared Im on the Goldcoast please let me know.

                  Thanks in Advance Ben

If your on the GC then go & see Jmac at Alba European. I'm betting he'll reset it for a few beers or a nominal fee
