I know this is not about VW's but is worth sharing as I know a lot of us owners have a business , there is a scam regarding Yellow Pages Australia doing the rounds . I guess, the one of the effective ways how to protect yourself against the scams like these is; to deal face to face where possible and call the company they should represent on the number you know, asking them about the offer and if they have representative today in your area and so on?

Touch wood, so far I've never been a victim of the scam.

I agree, recently I've found my business name in the directory and had to sent them email to remove it.

Spread the word guys , if you contribute to other Aussie forums or have a Facebook page for your business or know someone who does let them know . Lets stop these scumbags .
