T5 CAD Floor Plans

Hi All,
New to the forum, and recent purchase of a 2010 T5 (Facelift I think?) Had a 96 T4, and a 71 Kombi in the past.
Anyway, looking to build a custom camper fitout and something I had been searching forums for was CAD floor plans.

Interesting stuff, got to thank Ze Germans....flick to page 70, and there's links to downloadable CAD files, or PDF, TIF etc for those that are interested in self building.

Sorry if this has been posted previously, however didn't appear in any of my searches, hopefully of some use to others....I have already started to play with layouts, and a bit easier than cardboard cupboards layouts....hopefully get to the point where I can either plot 1:1 and use as template, or send file to laser cutters and get it cut that way.....

Will try and post some progress photos when it all comes about.

NOTE: While checking a few measurements, and check detail of CAD drawings...needs to be taken with a couple grains of salt..not enough detail, however a good start.

Welcome to the forum the T5 was facelifted in 2010 so it should be depending on when the van was first imported by VW . Easy way would be the engine size gearbox type and then other clues like is the radio head unit square or oblong sort . Hope you find the plans and we all look forward to the photos . Probably some other members who have converted theirs already will have photos to help ours have not been converted for camping but there are some photos on this link http://www.vwwatercooled.com/forums/...ect-80976.html . 2Ltr TDI 103kW 6 Speed Manual...radio...mmmm...not sure, DIN2 Squareish with rounded corners...Just replaced it with aftermarket GPS/DVT/Rev Cam model.. it has what seems a pointer longer bonnet compared to other T5's, and what looks like slightly tinted headlights??? Anything else to look for, or are there codes on Compliance plate, or VIN???
