I haven't had to buy any but I would try the specialist rubber stores like Clark Rubber. In Adelaide we have Fitch the rubber man.
Looking at the profile it doesn't look anything fancy.
Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.

Thanks jets. I'll scoot down to Clark Rubber and see what they've got.
I have been down this road with my sons T4 the main problem with the tailgate is that there are generic boot - tailgate seals its called pinchweld with seal they make two styles one with the seal on the side for doors etc and one for boot and tailgates . Now VW use a slightly larger diameter for the tailgate and the generic one will leave a small gap around the tailgate usually at the bottom as the lip it fits on to gets bent down from loading . You also can buy the generic seal from Daleys Daley's - Product Catalogue » Accessories » Pinchwelds & Protectors .Or from England T4 Rear door seal Other than that there is a van conversion company who bring in the VW one from the UK from time to time they are here in Aus but for love of me I cannot remember their name ?????
