Hi, I wish to run some cabling for refrigerator charging point etc. Does anyone have any insights/information about removing the various interior panels and perhaps where best to come through the firewall please?

Not sure about firewall access but there are a few points that you maybe able to use there is one right near the battery we have used this for large power wire for amplifiers for stereo, as for the trims if the van is standard then those lovely holding clips can be removed with an allen key or Torx bit bit in a cordless screwdriver insert the correct size into the clip and then with gentle pulling pressure at the same as pulling the trigger they come out quite well . if running wires along either side the stepwell trim just lifts out its held with a few clips , you can then run the wire under the outer edge of the floor mat .
