  • Body styling for Transporter T5?

Hi all, My name's Luke and I've joined this forum in the hope someone can help me.
I have a Transporter T5 and I'm finding it impossible to find styling parts, i.e bodykits, here in OZ and nobody overseas seams willing to ship here. If anyone knows of any suppliers here or abroad please let me know.

    G'day Luke. Welcome!

    As far as styling mods..

I'm currently organising a group buy with Mikinoz for some T5 bumper protectors from Salop Vans in the UK.

I'll see how this goes. If they're easy to deal with I'll look at importing other gear from them, if they have something you want...

    Check out their website here:

Have you seen this website in the UK?
      VW T4 Forum - VW T5 Forum
I know quite a few of the members and some of them have been fitting the Sportline parts onto there vans.
I am in the throws of getting some 60mm lowering springs from these guys...
      TRANSPORTER T5 - Merseyspeed.co.uk - (Alloy Wheels :: Body Styling :: Air Filters :: Exhausts :: Car Conversions :: Diesel Chips :: Much Much More !!):
They do the sportline front bumper and lots of other parts for the T5.
I think we all need to get together and arrange a container of stuff to come over in one go.
      Hope its helps Rob

They are on the high seas as we speak.
They should be here about mid July if the ship is on time.
They are in someones shipping container so i dont get charged postage...
As soon as Transporter has fitted them pictures will be posted.

Awesome man, I was enquiring about lowering today... 1100 for 30mm fitted, pretty steep huh! What kit did you end up getting and what price? For sure show us some before and after pics.

              Foxpuppet,
This is a link to the ones I have bought...
ULTRA LOW SPRINGS - TRANSPORTER T5 - Merseyspeed.co.uk - (Alloy Wheels :: Body Styling :: Air Filters :: Exhausts :: Car Conversions :: Diesel Chips :: Much Much More !!):
Might take them to a spring making place here in Adelaide to see if they can copy them.
I have driven a friends Multi in the Uk that had these on and it was fine.

I'll let you know how the car is once I get the KW V1's in over the next few weeks. (But they are $2200 without install)

Well excited by them being installed.

I looked into importing stuff form the UK. I may still look into it further. Right now however I'm busy importing racing slicks from the US so don't have the time.

Yeah I have not set up a build thread on the van, just sort of going along at my own pace doing my own thing with it.

But yes, some pics of before and after will be taken and I am going to head along to a mechanics workshop and 'help' install it for a subsidised cost.
