Email Notifications Failing (mostly Telstra)
Hello everyone. Seems there is an issue with Telstra (possible others) blocking email from our server. If you are trying to sign up I would suggest a different email if possible. If you're trying to reset your password and it fails please use the Contact Us page:
Look in comfort and convenience if they have long coding helper, it should be easy as ticking the box. But I think there might be a missing control module for that. It usually comes with memory seats option.
I'm debating at the moment what to upgrade to. I have an eBay knock off cable runing the really old VAG-COM software. Great for the MK3 since the computer only has a few functions anyway (basically to scan and clear codes). But the van is a wee bit newer and will need a new interface.
I'm debating something like the V-Checker Pro or if I just go all out and get the VAG-COM Cable for $350 (Don't know that I need the pro kit with the box and adaptors so don't need to spend the extra $250)...
Any suggestions?
If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
I know this doesn't answer your question Hawk, but the small parabolic mirrors I've put on my side mirrors, amongst other things, allows me to see down both sides of the van, including gutters.
Makes it much easier to park

Get VCDS,
Free upgrades, knowledge database, easy data logging, graphing and Ross-Tech back up is excellent.
Well the waiting game is over and the cable is here, I had a hunt through (mind you it was in the rain in the driveway last night) and didn't find anything that looked obvious, but to be fair it wasn't a real hard look, just wanted to make sure the cable was working.
Does anyone know if the mirror dip is an available option or where it might be to change?
I have these modules if it helps:
