Bent clips :(

I was looking at the roof light and it seems one of the interior bulbs is out in the Multivan and upon attempting to remove the cover I have pulled the whole assembly down and bent the clips that hold it in place so it now sits down about 5mm. There is four little metal clips up in there that hold it in place and it seems they are now bent and I can't get them back right.

I'm not convinced this is actually the right part, but the closest I can find:



Anyone know if this is the slip that hold the light fixture in place in the plastic tray bit or if this is the clip that holds the tray to the roof?

Or if I can even get the four little metal clips I'm looking for?

How did you go?
I'm interested as to how you can change the bulbs in these...thinking SMD LEDs.
