  • 16's, 17's or aftermarket wheels?

Wondering if I should change the factory order to 17 inch wheels for $1890, leave it alone or worry about it later?

I'm not real fussed with the look of either factory wheel, and I like the ride I had in the demo which had 16's.

But if there are some nice Bmw wheels which I've read in some posts which can be had for similar money later, is this a better option? They look nicer, but I'm worried about the sacrifice in ride quality.

The 16" wheels have more Tyre options than 17". I would upgrade the wheels later, that way you end up wit 2 sets for almost the same money.

yeah i agree with transporter, no way is it worth $1890 for 17" steelies with a VW logo in the middle!

Stick with the 16" and then you can get big 24" wheels later if you feel like it !!!

Agreed, I think there are better options aftermarket for the same money.

Hell... the full custom wheels I ws looking at were a shade under $2,500.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

Very nice work, the blue would have been our second choice
