Touch Screen T6 Multivan

The touch screen on my 2019 Multivan has gone belly up - fortunately not the remaining screen facilities.

The issue has been referred to a local specialist, who's quoted $1400-$1700 for rectification.

Anybody else had this issue? Is there a more cost-effective method to change between AM & FM radio channels, thanks?

You’re not alone — this seems to be a fairly common issue with the 2018–2019 Multivan infotainment units. Often it’s just the touch digitizer that fails while the screen itself still works. before spend to much try Restarting the unit (hold the power button for ~10 seconds).
