Could someone please advise the belt change interval for this model? Please advise in years and or kilometres. My van has now done 150,000k's and still no belt change. Should I be concerned? Full dealer service history from day 1.

Is the car on a capped priced servicing plan? If so then they usually delay major service items like cambelts until the capped price service plan finishes, then you get hit with a huge service bill.
Probably best for you to call your VW dealer to confirm with them what the timing belt service interval is for the T6 Transporter, but a Google search is telling me that it's 210,000km or 8 years. (personally I would not let it go for that many kilometres - most timing belts traditionally get changed between 100,000-120,000km. Expecting a timing belt to last 210,000km is pretty risky and optimistic in my opinion.)
