Does anyone know if there are standard mirrors for the T5.1 , not those stupid curved ones that VW fit that give a totally wrong image of the distance a car is beside and behind you . I,ve lost track of how many times I have had to look over my shoulder when changing lanes as the mirror makes the car seem a fair way back when in reality its right on your rear corner . My early T5 2005 has the right ones but are a different shape .

The US models should have the right part number; they don't use convex mirrors there.

Found some on Ebay from a company in NSW , they fit on top of the old mirrors or you can remove the old ones and mount them to the original mounting plate . $25 each .Comment
