DSG to manual conversion T5

Hi,
We have a 2013 T5 Caravelle that is having DSG issues and the signs are not great.
Has anyone done this conversion to manual and how much?

People have done it more with before 2009 model because it had a dreaded 6sp Aisin auto box. You will need to swap a lot of parts. The best if you could buy complete van as write off manual, check the auction sites and wreckers.
