  • T4 Immobilizer code on OBD

Hi guys, a couple weeks ago the T4 decided to not fire, so i got a mate around to plug the OBD in and voila (see attached)

Wondering if anyone knows where to go from here? Easy fixes? He seems to think its a send away for reprogramming job.

    appreciate any insights.

    Cheers

Clear the codes, and make sure the MAF is plugged back in.

I assume it's a petrol? It's probably a dead coil, or the ECU relay has crapped out.

Could be a problem with the key as there is a immobiliser built into the point where the key is plugged in , it reads a code from the key and it its not sending it wont start . Have you got a second spare key try that , the relay mentioned is a BCM relay and they DO fail , mine stopped the van almost mid intersection .
