  • Has anyone bought a Crafter lately?

I'd like to hear from a new Crafter owners, their experience with a new Crafter and also if you'd considered other large van out there, like MB Sprinter or Renault Master?

Not yet and not exactly a Crafter. The Crafter is seriously outdated, soon become discontinued or already is out of production and the Crafter's successor should be out at the end of 2016. But, since I don't want to wait for so long, I have no option, but to buy something else instead. The Crafter was no.1 on my list, but not for the money VW wants for it.
I was offered the Crafter made in June 2013, yes that's right, year and half old for the price of the new one.

No, but the Sprinter 316 is winning at the moment and it's not any dearer than Crafter while the RVC and Satnav is only $1500 option, with 120kW reliable chain driven 4 cylinder engine or V6, it is very tempting.

when it comes the time to replace our bus... the new Crafter better be ready because the Sprinter is much better value at the moment, and my passengers get to travel in a "Mercedes"...
