Change 24hr to 12hr clock

Gooday chaps.
I had the dash out of my 09 Crafter 35 yesterday to fix a broken '0' button so I could adjust the clock.
All good and back together, but I'd rather have a 12hr clock instead of the std 24hr readout.

Is there a way to alter it to 12hr ?

As far as I know there is no time change in this vehicle.
