Guess what i scored today.... FOR FREE!!





Oh yes. Porsche 911 BBS mesh wheels. 15x7 for the front and 16x7 for the back.. With the oldschool pressed metal centrecaps and exposed studs.

Yes, i'm putting them on the Caddy, No, you can't touch them.

I'll need to make adapters (Porsche is 5x130), so it won't be happening straight away, but i'll keep you posted..

My Uncle, a mad Porsche man, had them for years. He got them as part of a deal when he sold something. He said, if you're going to use them, you can have them, because they've just been bloody taking space up in my shed.

Problem is they stick OUT too far. So it's material off whatever has to happen. So disappointed.

there are still those audi tt rims on ebay... (the same ones as mischas )

they're sitting at 580 and were relisted cause no one wanted them...? they have tyres but they're teetering on the edge or road worthy. soooooo hot though..

edit: oh, by the way, i'll take em if you wont have em.

Problem is, as i was saying to Dom earlier, the wheel arches are too big to run a lower profile tyre. So that won't be any good.
