        Yeah thats the one.

The new one is a thousand times better. Everyone who gets in my caddy is impressed with the ride, handling, performance and the interior.

The Orange "Perfectionflooring" Caddy was on our stand. We fitted H&R Coil overs front, and reset the rear... for perfect looks, ride and practical height of aprox 80mm lower than std. 18inch oe vw wheels were fitted.

Vince from "Perfectionflooring" also has another Orange Caddy we lowered with H&R springs only on the front axle... we acheved only 60mm drop and reset the rear to suit. So there are options for lowering depending on the budget

How much are we talking for the front coilovers? I don;t expect a public 'quote'. Just an idea within a hundred bucks. Round up to the closest hundred.

Like i have stated, there's a good suspension place in town that can do the rear for me. How much lowers from standard are you able to go with the H&R coilovers you used in that Orange Caddy?

Have a look at Weitecs they are really cheap and they also have super low's coliovers! They are pretty good a offsider company of KW and they are fairly cheap. As from reading the mki1 forums on Vortex they use the weitecs cause they can go really looooooooooooooooooooooow.

I don't want stupid low. 100mm max i'd say. Its not a showcar, i just want it to look nice. .

What about those Hottuning coilovers from Robin does he have any for the caddy? Cheaper alternative and it is a good low setting.

I don't want poverty pack stuff. I'd rather pay the extra.

Leaning towards KW ATM because they do a full kit with no modification and it is 100 pussent reversible. On the website the kit is 750 pounds for the coilover front, all the brackets etc for the rear, plus different rear dampers. Haven't spoken to Dragan (that's his name right?) to get a quote from him in AUD yet though.

                            Preen,
I'll check in the morning and post the reply...fyi it's not the Golf MK5 front end setup. Caddy needs stronger rate springs and shocks to match.

                              Bump bump.

KW it is i think. Going to give Dragan (that's his name yeah?) from Inmotive a call tomorrow. Everyone says he is good to deal with and after doing my homework i think the KW setup, although not the cheapest, looks to be the best by far. And i like that there is no modification to anything. All reversible. Even if i can't see why i would want to do that..
