2011 Caddy Air conditioning not cold enough

Hey,

Ive had my caddy now for about 4 years and have found the air conditioning to never be crisp cold. In the past ive checked and replaced the cabin filter which helped a bit, checked and cleaned the condenser coil etc. Ive had enough and want it working like the rest of the cars around here so i checked a few more things. The condenser find near the bottom do seem bent but because of the style of the fins, i cant use a fin comb. even trying witha small screwdriver just cant really straighten it. Ive noted on idle it feels like it only cools a bit but if i run the engine at 2000rpm on standstill it is notably better. Condenser fans are both running. Im doubting a gas leak as its been fairly much like this last 4 years, but who knows what service was done previously. The Previous owner had it serviced by VW as it was still under warranty, and i purchased the vehicle with 55000Km.

Ive run it through VCDS and have the results below. as its basic knovbs and not climate control i noted the footwell and centre temp sensors all say 0.0, but the interior temp sensor comes back with 27 deg regardless of the real temp, noted that on other days. the evap temp eventually gets to 17 deg at idle and goes 13-14 deg on 2000rpm. The manual says the temp out of the vents should be 7 deg or lower.

Any suggestions?
