Doing the front brakes, which bolts to replace?

So I'm looking to do the front brakes on the daughters AW Polo 85TSI, which has the 276mm rotors. Can anyone tell me which, if any, of the bolts need replacing with new? The part number, so I can get them beforehand?

I have heard of people re-using these torque to yield bolts but I'd rather replace if there are any.

Is it the 272mm rotors? showing WHT010085 and N 91194501. brake parts are hard to cross check without the PR codes, if you like PM me your VIN and I can look it up
