i went with drag (in drag attire maybe long wig hair flowing out the window heading down the quart), main reason is i've never done one and want to have a crack at it. i reckon it would be awesome and get some great snappies. in regards to track, don't you need to have done a driving course. just can't afford that sort of thing at the moment.

There was no venue for the meet up, that can be another poll later

Guy might be able to fill us in on the logistics of organising a track day, I've done one before so I should be right on the track, but never organised one so got no idea what to do

So ... is it the pub before the drags? Or after? And since we're going to the pub (and telling lies) ... fishing stories should be allowed too, huh?

How many times can we vote?

I'm stuck between drag (still a bit worried, but it is sooooo good) and a meeting at a pub......

The dyno day WOULD be good for a chat .... mmmmm .... I'll sleep on it....

isn't there a dyno day already being organised through Guy in August sometime. i thought this was in addition to that. but i suppose that dyno day only allows for 6 cars on the rollers doesn't it.

whatever is planned.....as long as there is good opportunity for photo shoots

                    aaahhh ok....me understands now

is it an option to just leave it as the dyno day for the time being and we can converse there and get some ideas up - then come back back here and put our final idea up and see see the EOI.

I vote cruise and a drink at the pub afterwards.

I'd also be keen on a track day, but problem rests upon how much our group can barter for the track day hire. Also, need to invest in a lid as well!

I voted drag... track day would be expensive considering wear on tyres, brakes etc not to mention the cost per head...

Wednesday test 'n tune at willowbank for $36 is good value and no real prep is required... just wear long sleves and pants plus remember to throw your helmet in.. That and take out your spare, jack, rear seat etc :-P

i don't think you'd wear anything less than long sleeves and long pants anyway at this time of year. i'd be there in a bloody snow suit! especially at Willowbank, it'd get bloody cold there at night.
