Polo Seat Removal

I'm going to remove my seats to give the interior a good clean. When disconnecting the air bags there is no way this would trigger them to go off???
Also I'm assuming the bolts come off first to be able to access underneath the seat or do you have to get your hand under there to do it - is there enough 'give' in the wiring when the seats are loose?

You wouldn't happen to be removing a set of Leather seats would you?Originally posted by Celestine View PostI'm wondering if anyone has any idea on how to remove the seats from a Polo that have a seat height adjustment and storage tray? Has anyone out there done a seat transplant to a bucket seat or something similar? Any photos or any workshop manual removal diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
Because I'm in the market for some. If not, good move getting rid of the tartan!
