  • 42DD Order

Hey Guys, I'm looking at getting a set of gearbox shifter bushes from 42DD and wondering if anyone else is keen for a set or anything else small to split up the postage cost as just one set costs more to post then the set itself. Cost is $35 and the link is listed below if you want to have a look.

    Anyone interested let me know

Cool mate! Anyone else interested? If we get one more postage should only be about $15 each

Would these work in conjunction with a quick shifter kit, or would the later negate the former? Thanks.

I know Gav runs the short shifter kit as well as the 42dd bushes....

OK, well I'm certainly keen if we can work out payment and delivery. I'm in NZ but will be in Melbourne for the week of the 16th of March... Will pop you a PM.

Quite a few us of run these bushes in conjunction with the Forge short shifter. Both make for a tighter shift action but the increase in the directness is not as noticable if you have installed one and then add the other.

I also run Gavin's allow shift mounts which makes the shift action than little more direct, again.

With the DieselGeek short shifter, these bushes aren't applicable

Cool, thanks for clearing that up. I'll start with the bushes and swap out the oil in the box and see where we go from there. It's not like the shift on these things is too agricultural. Cheers.

Yes that's how I was going to do it, the cost of sending the packages to everyone once they get here will be minimal due to the size but I'll just include that in the cost to each person. Looks like 2 others interested currently. Anyone else?

Count me in. I'm very interested. Got a forge short shifter sitting in a box in my garage to be installed and was looking at purchasing these anyway. Perfect timing
