Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    9N3 Polo GTI Engine Mounts

    I just replaced the upper engine mounts on my GTI this week. The local shops wanted $600 for the mounts and when looking online I couldn't find any specific for the GTI. Anyway, long story short, I took an educated punt on the following FEBI mounts and it paid off. These definitely fit a 2006 Polo GTI:

    FEBI number 23918

    Febi 23918 Engine Mounting Right | eBay

    FEBI number 27144

    Febi 27144 Engine Mounting Left Rear | eBay

    Total to my door was AUD280
