Anyone knows where I can buy and installed a Forge BOV and BMC CDA in Sydney?

Hi all there,
I am new here, but really want to install a forge BOV and BMC CDA for my 07 polo gti.
Anyone knows who sell and install for a cheap or reasonable price in Sydney??

BOV = My pet dog could install it in a few minutes it's that easy.

CDA = 10minutes.

Most mechanics would laugh at you if you asked them to do it.

Someone on here might be able to help you out - Where do you live?

Actually i think from Guys car installing the BMC CDA isnt that easy or cheap as you need to relocate the battery. I could be wrong but thats what i remember.

yup i believe he swapped it for a smaller battery to make the BMC CDA fit

I think it's perfectly okay to get the mechanics to do the jobs if you are short of time / lack of experience / and have enough $.

Feeling comfortable is the main thing, and also you can learn how mechanic fits them in if he is nice enough to show you.

You can go to Seb and ask him.

Also you can be assured that they will be fitted well if you go to the right mechanic!

If you want to save a few $$ check out the DRiFT branded BMC CDA rip off.

I believe there is two sizesd with the larger being about $299RRP, but most if not all Autobarn stores will let it go for $169 or there abouts (I asked the guy last week about the price and thats what he said).

Installing a BMC CDA in a Polo GTI is a bit more tricky than ppl realise. The top of the CDA needs an adapter to size it down so it fits the pipe connecting it to the MAF. No issue, just ensure the CDA adapter is riveted or glued on properly. You'll have to replace the stock battery with a much smaller one bc there's no room. Your options are an Odyssey 680 battery or the new Pulse equivalent (Pulse is much cheaper). Also need to customise a battery mount and find a way to attach/secure the electrics that were previously sitting on top of the stock battery to the new samller one (cable ties will do it). Last of all is ensuring you have a customised grill intake duct that feeds into the lower CDA intake pipe. Dean at Volkspower has nailed it. Can always consult him if need be. I just bought the Forge Duel Port BOV($210) off Rennenhaus. Was a good price too, but Auto Bahn do the Turbosmart Kompact for about $330.

Thx for giving me the details regarding to the BOV, an Email has sent to them and waiting for their replay. I went to Auto Bahn in greenarce today, can't find any CDI, only one I can see is from monza, dunno good or not, may switch to K&N panel filter to reduce hazzle. Thx heaps guys! And a guide with picture to install the BOV would be great !!!
