Help with finding exhaust flange for downpipe??

Hi, I can't find the same 3.5" ID flange that came on the stock Polo DP anywhere??



Out of the 30 or so Google searches they all seem to be 3" ID only. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a SS one?

Just a one off Paul. Anthony needs to go to a 3 inch downpipe and can't find a blank flange for the exhaust shop to use.

He is looking at stainless. Can you do them with your water cutter thingy?

TSI is different to 1.8s. The K04 is the same though.

I can get you one in mild steel dead easy if you don't need stainless.

Going Stg3 (K04) on the Amarok almost straight up, exhaust will have to be custom and I need the flange as without its just a PITA to get done.

Nice work mate, it's going to boogie for sure. But Gavs right the ko3 flange is a circle but the one you need is oblong.

The bolts holes are well different on the TSI, have a closer look, they are square on the 1.8t. A local exhaust shop could get one cut for you, that's how I got mine done at Christmas.

You can get them cut off a gasket.

Yeah 3.5 inch same as the gasket centre.
