What's the rating on the injectors mate? It's usually determined by the tune you're going with as to how much flow you need.

      Aren't they the s3 injectors, I think they're like 330cc

380's rings a bell also. And I think that's the very minimum for a hybrid tune.

S3 injectors are 386cc at 3BAR. Pretty close to the limit if you do make 280.

Speak to your prospective tuner first Luke, we/they all have different ideas on how to go about tuning.

May be cheaper to get a s3 K04 - i got quoted 450, if you are going hybrid k03, you may as well go all the way on the turbo (same price as a mild hybrid),then port the turbine housing and exhaust mani, and that should get around 310-330, check out Badger 5 in the uk

An S3 K04 is a different beast to the K03s and would require a change of downpipe to suit it. So an additional cost and no off the shelf downpipes that I have heard of.

Right you are gav, Assuming you want to go the easy route and buy a miltek system (given you are in the uk) , S3 turbo and the Frankenturbo right angle downpipe adapter may work.

But considering you are in the uk , there are a bunch of turbo companies that hiflow and have gotten results., CH, badger would be good to use. and overall easier/better solution although it may be a bit more expensive.. even frankenturbo?

                  Ko3 hybrid

I had a ko4 but it turned out to be a copy and no good :/

Maybe genasis 550cc injectors would be better then

The only reason in not going for big power is that I don't fancy doing the rods and pistons at this stage

550cc are a fair bit of overkill. Anthony has 500cc in his Polo and there's plenty of head room even at 3 BAR.
