I've seen a couple of sets of 18's on the 9n3 Polo and they don't suit to wheel arch angle for some reason. They look really big and out of proportion in some cases. The new Polo is a little different, 18's actually look pretty sweet.
You did the right thing imo Sam. Hot wheels!

Yeah I love the valve cover, it's not perfect but I'm getting the other one I replaced wrinkle powder-coated to closer match the colour of the car.
Yep Federals all-round. I managed to source them for $145 ea so I'll see how they go.
Second-guessing myself wondering if I should have gone 18's...

My Verdict Motorsports shifter bushings arrived today, along with their wiper delete kit.
Looks much cleaner from the back --

I still need to poke my head underneath the hood and confirm what shifter bushings I have so I can order them from 42DD.
