The guys at CVWC had the car on the dyno last year sometime just to stress test the work they'd been doing - from memory it was in the low 140kWs but not sure of the dyno type or conditions.
Impressive - that's as quick as Eddy with less power and a diff that he regards as being less track capable than the Salisbury style that he runs now.

Thanks - though in the spirit of fairness that time was set on a perfectly dry day running 215 wide full slicks.

Should get some interesting data next month at the Cooma 1000 - 0-100kph, 400m and 1000m standing starts.

                Hoyhoy.

Jamesatfish, just checking, on the Pogs Waky times, the last I saw was 1:10.9, please update me if I missed it. (natsoft date)

                Hooroo.

                  Eddy,

Those last times were set at a Speed off the Streets day after we had the exhaust leaks fixed (loose turbo bolts again) so I'm only going by the PerformanceBox for that session. Even worse, I had to leave early so I didn't even get to see the sub-1:10 lap my mate set in the car, though I've no reason to doubt his time.

I'm hoping to head up again as soon as the Polo's driveline gets glued back together after I killed it earlier this week - will be interesting to see if I can pick up where I left off time-wise. Will keep an eye out for another Natsoft timed day too so I can put down an updated official time.

To keep the times in the thread as a fair comparison I'm happy to stick to Natsoft results only if that makes things more consistent.

Sorry everyone, my oversight. I think we should only include official track times.

                    Cheers.

                      Sounds fair.

Can you please amend the time for my Polo at Wakefield Park to 1:10.94 per Natsoft 26/8/11 (NATSOFT Race Result).

                      Thanks.

Just added hazards time for Winton to the first post.

Can mods please make this a sticky?

                          Cheers!

Has anyone managed to weigh their cars? I'd be interested to see people's power to weight ratios

1195kg, on the scales at Mallala.

                              1:28?
