Not sure why you would take it to a dealer for a service anyway?? I would only take it there for a warranty claim. I take both my cars to Audvolks and the pricing is what you would expect to pay, not with a little bonus ontop :/

With my warranty issues, having to go through and deal with the service depts of both Bris VW dealers was worse than full-on dental work.

Yep, have definitely learnt my lesson!
To make matters worse, I had to bring my car back to VW the other week to replace the window motor which of course they stuffed up and ordered the wrong part.. so I had to bring it in a second time
Will try Volkewerke for my next service.
