Because he gets paid for the call out.

I'm onto my 2nd Polo and I've only had to get the brake light switch replaced on the first 1.

      No problems at all here,

Apart from a bit of a noisy dash. But that may have something to do with the fact ive lowered it and has made the ride a bit firmer, somethings bound to start making a bit of noise.

Well my thermo fan wasnt coming on when the ircon was turned on.So i would be sitting at the lights and white gas would start pissing out from under the bonnet.Went to the dealer they replaced the seals on the a/c and i went on my merry way.stopped at a set of lights white gas pissing out from under the bonnet.Went back to the dealer they replaced seals on a/c again and replaced a sensor under the dash.Picked the car up popped the bonnet and turned it on and waited right out from the the service reception and guess what white gas everywhere.Thats when they gave me a free car to drive.Went back there a week later drove the car home everything seem ok,got in it next morning no cold air ,back to the dealer another free car to drive, they actually took the car to a a/c mechanic up the road cause they couldnt fix it.Got the car back, noticed a couple of weeks later floor carpets are wet and that took out the air bag sensor. They fixed the a/c drain pipe and then i waited 6 weeks for new carpets and a sensor.Got that all fixed got the car home noticed no front number plate but screws where still in and cover on battery broken.Back to the dealer battery cover replaced on the spot and told them if someone was going to pinch the number plate they wouldnt put screws back in .So i think one of the mechanics pinched it.The last service i had they told me cover under the dash missing and if i wanted it replaced they would charge me.I told them to stick it
