Went to about 5 different places to try to get the Map sensor bung welded into the piping, seems no one can or wants to weld aluminium (hint to anyone else who wants to do it themselves)

Found a place and they did it for $30

2 lips polished. Took a lot of time to get them like this. Wasn't easy to get the clear coat off.
Sanded the rough spots at 360, then the whole thing at 600, 800, 1200, 1500, 2000 polished with 2 different mods on the drill with different compounds, followed by some mothers mag wheel polish.

Not 100%, I had some dont professionally last time and it was amazing, I would say these are 90%. I would say i spend 6 hours on each of them.

Its 2inch, which is the same as the piping on there now and the same as the Forge piping for the Seat cooler. Going into the turbo it is only 2inch i think

Are you going to run those metal connection pipes to your turbo and inlet manifold? The seem a fair bit smaller than the inlet/outlet of the intercooler itself, looking at the way the silicone connectors narrow down.

Started puling them apart, well only got 1 apart. It is painfull with 38 lock tighted bolts each wheel

Dont know what to do with them yet, didn't really want to spend too much on them, maybe just a polish and new bolts ?
