Shaneth... what a legend!

He installed not only the strut brace, but a RSB and forge TIP into my pog in just a couple of hours.

Another big thanks to you!

The handling has improved dramatically... can't say how much was the strut brace and how much was the rsb... but it now feels like a go kart... so direct and planted, i'm amazed.

The only problem was it took me so long to get home cause i kept taking detours to find some more corners.

The TIP also improved throttle response, and it felt like it had alot more to give at higher revs.

Well impressed.

A big difference - a well worth while mod.

Much better turn in and the front end 'stands up' and holds together better through sweepers. Steering feels meatier and I don't get that vague wandering from left to right and back when accelerating hard in a straight line.

The front end is now working as you would expect rather than feeling like it's letting down the rest of the car.

The whole car feels tighter and much more confident.

A great result for minimal outlay.

Also the slight pulling to the left has also 90% disappeared - it would seem that the left strut wasn't seated quite right as Shaneth discovered when the bolts were removed.

Yeah i know, its sad to see.

OK i need the sydney/melbourne guys help. When i initially got the quotes for shipping i was going off the dimensions i was given from forge. However i found out today that they were wrong. The bar is infact smaller then what i was given. They gave me the dimensions when its on the car not when its in 2 pieces. They initially told me 1.3m long i think which is above the amount that Aust Post will send which is why i went to a courier. This cheapens the shipping by $10. This means i can ship to sydney on tuesday and youll have it before i can get down there on the weekend. What do you think. And what do you want done with the $10. Let me know your thoughts.

ps i can still drive down to sydney if that is what everyone wants.

Yup I agree, keep the money dude. If you still wanna drive down, we'd be happy to have a visitor. I guess it means you can be more flexible with your trip down here if you courier them down.
