How much of a mistake could it really be??
Keep everyone posted as it's a question that's been asked numerous times.
I'm loving the bilsteins, good ride and handling compromise (more to handling). I'd really like a castor kit just to get a bit more enthusiasm from the front end for tipping into corners. Strut brace will come as funds return.Last edited by seangti; 21-07-2010, 03:13 PM.Track Car: 06 Polo GTI Red Devil mkII

They were Weitec Hicon GT's. When I tried to get a smallish group-buy going, he really only budged on the freight, only saving us bout 20pounds each. So all up just over AUS$1000, inc freight. Hope I don't get to big a hit with customs?

hey all,
I recently purchased and installed the H&R cup kit and cupra r bushes. The kit consists of the H&R springs which many people on this forum are running + the matching H&R dampers to match (I read somewhere they were made by bilstein could be wrong)
It's a HUGE improvement over stock, the car sits much much flatter through corners and doesn't have too much of a stiff ride over bumps compared to stock. I find that I can now push the car much harder familiar corners without the fear of washing out into understeer where I would previously. Weight transfer is also less pronounced so the car feels a lot snappier changing directions and gives me the nice dumped look to boot...
